1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member" or "Player") and cb666 ("the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") in respect of your access to and use of all services, products and features made available through the cb666 website located at https://cb666.casa and any associated mobile or application interfaces.

By completing the registration process, by logging into an existing account or by otherwise using the cb666 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the cb666 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the cb666 platform.

To open and maintain a cb666 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. cb666 does not permit gambling by persons under the age of 21, regardless of local minimum-age laws that may set a lower threshold.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts and other legal persons may not register as Users.
• You must not be a resident of, or currently located in, a Prohibited Territory. It is your sole responsibility to verify that use of the cb666 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or officer of cb666, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of Malaysia or of your country of residence.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended cb666 Account.

cb666 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4. Account Registration

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and preferred contact number. You undertake to update this information promptly if any detail changes.

cb666 may at any stage require you to complete a KYC verification process. Standard KYC documents for Malaysian users typically include a valid MyKad or passport, proof of current address (such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the preceding three months) and, where requested, a clear selfie holding the identity document. Documents must be uploaded only through secure HTTPS-protected cb666 interfaces.

Each User is permitted to hold only one cb666 Account. Where cb666 identifies duplicate accounts registered to the same person, the duplicate account and any associated balances may be voided. Any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be forfeited in full.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All cb666 financial transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). cb666 supports a range of Malaysian payment channels including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and Hong Leong, subject to availability at the time of transaction.

5.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amounts and maximum daily limits are specified within the cb666 cashier section and may change from time to time.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• cb666 does not accept cash or physical cheques under any circumstances.
• cb666 reserves the right to decline a deposit or request additional source-of-funds information in compliance with anti-money-laundering obligations.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
• Withdrawals may be subject to KYC verification. cb666 may withhold processing until satisfactory documentation has been received and reviewed.
• Indicative processing times are: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) under 5 minutes for verified accounts; DuitNow and FPX 5–15 minutes; direct bank transfer 15–60 minutes. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
• cb666 reserves the right to apply a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction or per calendar day. Details are available in the cashier section.
• Winnings derived entirely from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

cb666 offers a range of welcome bonuses, reload promotions, cashback arrangements, VIP rewards and referral incentives. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the relevant offer. The following general conditions apply to all cb666 promotional offers unless the specific offer terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users only. cb666 may restrict promotional participation based on Account status, verification level, jurisdiction or other criteria.
• A Wagering Requirement must be met before any Bonus Funds or associated winnings can be converted to a withdrawable balance. Wagering requirements vary by offer and are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x).
• Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds must be used within the promotional validity window. Expired Bonus Funds will be forfeited without compensation.
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific game categories (for example, live casino, slots or sports betting). Wagers placed on excluded games will not contribute to the Wagering Requirement.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per eligible User. cb666 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if it determines that a User has attempted to claim the same offer more than once using different accounts or payment methods.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the cb666 platform are subject to the applicable game rules, sports-betting rules and live-casino table rules published within the platform. In the event of any discrepancy between a general rule and a game-specific rule, the game-specific rule shall prevail.

• Bets are accepted and settled in MYR. Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed within each game or market interface.
• Once a bet has been confirmed, it may not be amended, transferred or cancelled by the User unless cb666 expressly provides a cash-out or bet-edit facility for that specific market.
• cb666 reserves the right to void any bet where a technical error, odds error or data-feed malfunction has caused an incorrect price to be offered or accepted. Users will be notified of any void and the relevant stake will be returned.
• In sports betting, cb666 relies on official match data. Results are typically settled within a reasonable period following the official declaration of the result by the governing body.
• Mix Parlay and accumulator bets are settled on the basis of all selections being correct. A single voided selection within a parlay will typically reduce the parlay rather than void the entire ticket, in accordance with the applicable sports rules.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cb666 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination and forfeiture of any balance, pending withdrawals or bonus credits:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the cb666 platform in a manner not expressly permitted.
• Colluding with other Users, whether to exploit game mechanics, share bonus allocations or manipulate the outcome of a bet or game round.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or loopholes to generate returns that would not be achievable under normal play conditions.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched-betting strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value with minimal risk.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC or any other account process.
• Conducting or facilitating any transaction that may constitute money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime.
• Accessing the cb666 platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy or other circumvention tool.
• Sharing, selling or transferring your cb666 Account credentials or Account balance to any third party.

9. Intellectual Property

All content available on the cb666 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials and the overall look and feel of the website — is the exclusive property of cb666 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cb666 platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, sell, rent, sublicense or otherwise exploit any cb666 content without the express prior written consent of cb666.

10. Limitation of Liability

cb666 makes no warranty — express or implied — that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the cb666 platform entirely at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits cb666's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Malaysian law.

11. Privacy Reference

The collection, use, storage and disclosure of personal data in connection with your cb666 Account is governed by the cb666 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

13. Account Termination

Either party may close a cb666 Account at any time. Users who wish to close their Account should contact cb666 support with a written request. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the User via their last verified withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC and the absence of any outstanding bonus obligations.

cb666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable evidence of:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful activity;
• A failure to satisfy KYC requirements within a reasonable period;
• A risk to the integrity of the platform or to other Users; or

Upon termination for cause, cb666 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that funds have been acquired through prohibited conduct, those funds may be forfeited in whole or in part.

14. Amendments to These Terms

cb666 reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users by way of an in-platform notification or email to the address held on the Account. The revised Terms will state the new effective date and will supersede all prior versions.

Your continued use of the cb666 platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 13.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia in respect of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the cb666 platform.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact cb666 support and give cb666 a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute informally. cb666 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.
